This is the most wonderful time of the year for me...from now until New Year's Eve. I really don't like January...at all. But, I'll deal with that once it gets here. For now, let's celebrate October! According to my calendar it is Fall! But somebody forgot to share that with the folks in charge of the weather, because it's still hitting 100 degrees in my neck of the woods! We have cloudy overcast days, but it is HOT!
Today I have a layout to share. Yet another from our year with Disney album. These pics were taken during Disney's HalloweenTime. A fun celebration where the Disney characters are wearing costumes for Halloween and the park is all aglow with 'candle' lit pumpkins. I plan to start scrapping the Haunted Mansion next, which was all decked out in the Nightmare Before Christmas theme. Fun times, great memories.
This is my nephew wearing his Jack Sparrow costume we gave him for Christmas last year. Isn't he cute? I made him CD's with the soundtracks from all of the POTC movies on it and I understand that he played those things and ran around in his house, doing quite a fine imitation of Captain Jack.

I love orange. I really do. This has got to be one of my favorite layouts...all of those pumpkins! The little small ones with the faces of Pooh and Tink carved into them...they light up at night. It was so pretty seeing all of the pumpkin faces with flickering lights everywhere. I am really going to miss being there this year. But with every layout I create, I will be able to re-live that day and share those memories with my family. That's why we scrapbook, yes?
There are even pumpkins on the ledge of that pink building. And all of the flowers were in Autumn colors as well. I took a lot more night photos but they have to be 'photo shopped' too much to fiddle with right now. I wanted quick, fast and easy!

I decided to create a few layouts. I am attempting to complete our Fall visits from our Year with Disney in an effort to finally complete the album, so I can put it on display. So here is one of hopefully many layouts-don't worry, I won't post them all-from Disney's Halloween Time. I am always impressed by Disney details. They create an atmosphere that really helps to put one in the spirit of the season. I hope you enjoy looking at these layouts as much as I enjoy creating them. Isn't that masked Mickey the cutest thing?

Have a wonderful weekend! It's cooling off here and we are having beautiful misty mornings, hopefully Fall will arrive on time for us. Blessings...
Another Disney memory...I am soooo terribly behind in my scrapping! I love making cards, because they are quick and easy, but I keep telling myself, when my daughters are grown they will not be concerned with how many cards I made, they will want to see moments from our life...
